If you have been waiting for the best time to try and qualify for this year’s WSOP Main Event, this weekend is it. Both PStars and Full Tilt have massive tournaments running on Sunday that will guarantee several hundred seats each. The PStars one is a very good deal, I believe it is $340 entry fee and the Tilt tournament is $640 with 150 seats awarded. (although I am sure it will end up being more)
Both these sites give you a $12k package so you not only get your $10k buy in, but you get a couple grand for spending money and expenses as well. Of course, there are tons of satellites running right now to get into these tournament for cheap, so if you don’t want to pay the entry fee, then start getting into some satellites. This is the last best chance to go to the Main Event at the Rio, just look for the WSOP tab or Series tab to find a listing of the tournaments.
